MEF INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE


Middle East Falcon International, Ltd. (MEF International Real Estate) is a company with a new concept in Real Estate Consulting, Trade and Project Management.


For us the most important is to know the people, because only then we can realize their projects and solve their problems. For this reason we offer highly personalized service for all our clients, adapting us to their vision and providing our professional knowledge to achieve the objectives acting with the utmost diligence.


We provide personalized solutions on Real Estate Projects or transactions of special value whose specific characteristics require an adapted management of multidisciplinary teams.


On the other hand we offer integrated management of Residence Permits for investors (“Golden Visa”) in Spain by means the GVP360 Project (Comprehensive Golden Visa Project).

The GVP360 Project, developed by MEF International Consulting, has the mission to deliver the comprehensive management of visas for investors in Spain for all those non-Europeans as well as their families, who want to live, work and move freely throughout the Schengen territory. Our mission also includes investment management in Spain for customers who do not require or want a Residence Permit.

3.1 Felipe Igual Herrero (Founder - Business Developer - Managing Partner)


1. Professional.


  • His areas of expertise are  the Consulting and Project Management (PMP model Application-PMI), being specialized in Real Estate, particularly in project management and property transactions of special value whose specific characteristics require an adapted management of multidisciplinary teams.
  • His experience as a Real Estate Professional began in July 2007 after obtaining the title of Real Property Agent API®, in 2010 he exceeds with merits the Master in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development MUDI® and in June 2014 he joined the Qualified Property Consultants Network RAIC®. In late 2011 begins with his first international business and in April of 2012 obtains the certificate of International Trade Expertise.
  • Since the beginning of MEF International Consulting in February 2009 until the present he holds the position of Executive Director, being responsible for the planning, management and development of several real estate projects and new business projects.
  • Following the entry into force of Law 14/2013 he developed a new project for the integrated management of visa in Spain for non-European investors, which resulted in the "Golden Visa GVP360 Project".
  • He has also the EFQM® Evaluator certificate (European Fuondation for Quality Management), which gives extensive knowledge that allows implementing both this Quality Management System as the Balanced Scorecard CMI®.

1. Professional.


  • In 2013 he acquired shares in MEF International Consulting in order to boost its international expansion by collaborating in the creation of the "Golden Visa GVP360 Project". Currently he holds the position of Operations Deputy Director in this project.
  • His areas of expertise include Business Management, International Business, Logistics Management and Marketing.
  • His experience as a real estate professional began in 2008 with his entry into the company Minorita,s.l. and in 2014 in Romestate,s.l, both companies belonging to the Real Estate Asset Management field.
  • In 2004 he begins with his first international business with import-export trade and distribution of electronic products.

    • the needs that cover our services,
    • the minimum requirements that must be met to qualify for them,
    • the main legal aspects of our services,
    • general information on the various stages and processes necessary to develop the procedure effectively.
  • Their main role will be to introduce the GVP360 project services to potential clients in order that they may be interested in these. In this case, commercial agents must delve into the details and introduce the potential client to the Area Agent assigned by MEF international

  • Are all those persons or legal entities located on the territory who have made commercial agreements directly with MEF International for provide any service that could be required regarding GVP360 project. They have physical place where our customers can be taken care in the influenced area.
  • The Area Agents, besides requiring all knowledge of commercial agents:
    • the needs that cover our services,
    • the minimum requirements that must be met to qualify for them,
    • the main legal aspects of our services,
    • general information on the various  stages and processes necessary to develop the procedure effectively.

  • also receive a more accurate and detailed information on the performance stages and processes.
